Biola falls 4-1 to Hawaii–Hilo in NCAA Division II softball matchup March 14

At 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, the Biola Eagles, featuring former Roosevelt High School standout DJ Symons, dropped a 4-1 decision to the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans in an NCAA Division II softball contest.

Freedom Field hosted the game, marking the fourth meeting between these teams this season. Earlier that day, the Eagles secured a 9-8 victory over the Vulcans.

Symons gave up four earned runs and struck out five while walking one across seven innings pitched.

The Eagles will take on the Hawaii Pacific Sharks in their next game, set for Monday, March 16, at 3 p.m. at Freedom Field.
