O’Dea High School alum Jackson Childs helps college team secure victory in NCAA Division III Football Championship on Nov. 15

On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Chapman Panthers, featuring former O’Dea High School standout Jackson Childs, defeated the California Lutheran Kingsmen 27-17 in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.

The matchup occurred at 1 p.m. at Ernie Chapman Stadium and marked the first tournament meeting between the Chapman Panthers and the California Lutheran Kingsmen.

Chapman’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, at 12 p.m. at Whitworth Pine Bowl.
