Rakiyah Jackson, a former Garfield High School star now playing for the Western Washington Vikings, will compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The Vikings secured the No. 2 seed and are set to play the No. 7 seed Point Loma Sea Lions in their opening matchup.

The game is scheduled for Friday, March 13, at 2:30 p.m. at Nicholson Arena.
