The Seattle Storm announced on April 30 that the team has waived guards Jalyn Brown and Elle Ladine, as well as forward Beatrice Mompremier.

These roster changes come ahead of the start of the 2026 season. The decision affects the team’s lineup as it prepares for its first game against the Golden State Valkyries on May 8 at Climate Pledge Arena.

Following their home opener, the Storm will play three consecutive road games. They are scheduled to face the Connecticut Sun on May 10, then travel to play against the Toronto Tempo on May 13, and finish this stretch with a game versus the Indiana Fever on May 17.

The moves reflect ongoing adjustments by teams across the league as they finalize rosters for opening day.
