The Seattle University women’s golf team will begin postseason play at the West Coast Conference Women’s Golf Championship starting April 25 at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, California.

The event marks an important milestone for the Redhawks as it is their first appearance in the WCC championship. The competition runs through April 27 with play beginning each day at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

Seattle U will compete against teams from Gonzaga, Oregon State, Pepperdine, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Washington State and affiliate member Augusta University. Representing the Redhawks are seniors Tsara Ralamboarison and Aaryanna Morris—both playing their last postseason—alongside freshmen Zoe Rubichon and Blayne Brown, and sophomore Melissa Gilloz. Jeanne Padillo will travel with the team as a substitute.

The Redhawks enter the championship following a strong finish to their regular season. They won the team title at the Bobcat Desert Classic, with Rubichon earning second place and Brown finishing fifth. Ralamboarison finished twelfth while Morris placed twenty-sixth in that event.

Although this is their debut in the WCC championship, Seattle U has performed well in previous conference tournaments. In 2024, they won the Western Athletic Conference team title with both Morris and Ralamboarison placing within the top fifteen.
