Sounders FC announced on Mar. 27 that two of its upcoming home matches have been rescheduled. The club’s match against Real Salt Lake, originally set for Sunday, April 12, will now take place on Wednesday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Additionally, the fixture against Sporting Kansas City has been moved from Wednesday, September 9 to Thursday, October 1 at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time due to a scheduling conflict with the Seattle Seahawks’ NFL season opener.

These changes are significant for fans planning to attend or watch the games and reflect coordination between local sports teams sharing venues and schedules.

With these adjustments in place, Sounders FC is preparing for its next game after a break from Major League Soccer play during the international window. The team currently holds a record of three wins, one loss and one draw (10 points) as it looks ahead to facing Houston Dynamo FC on Saturday, April 4 at Shell Energy Stadium.

The upcoming match will be available for viewing on Apple TV and can also be followed via radio broadcasts on both 950 KJR AM and El Rey 1360 AM.

Fans are encouraged to note these new dates as Sounders FC continues its season with adjusted fixtures.
