Seattle home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Seattle rose by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 223 homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $730,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in Seattle in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Seattle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,956, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
