Census Bureau: More men than women in King County in 2019

Of the 2,195,502 people living in King County in 2019, 49.9 percent (1,094,850) were women and 50.1 percent (1,100,652) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Seattle City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 746,091-to-716,985. In the 65 and over age range, there were 158,164 females and 126,168 males.
