The 206 Burger Company's two locations in Seattle offer a wide variety of quality burgers, ranging in meat from all-natural beef to plant-based patties, according to owner Suren Shrestha.

According to its website, 206 Burger Company was opened in 2014 and has since added a second location.

"It all started with the discovery of a passion for making quality burgers. While working in the cafeteria of Western Washington University in 2000, I found great joy in serving quality burgers to my fellow students. In the spring of 2014, with the help of my family, I opened the first 206 Burger in Seattle. Ever since, the company has been improving and growing every single year," Shrestha told Seattle City Wire.

Shrestha said his burgers are unique in the vast variety his restaurant offers, even going so far as having special burgers for named after local sports teams to give customers a fun, local vibe.

"We specialize in a variety of burgers from natural beef, chicken, salmon, vegetarian and plant-based chick'n burger with fresh quality ingredients," he said. "We also try to represent the city of Seattle and all its sports teams. We have burgers named after all the sports teams like Sounders burger, Mariners burger, Seahawks burgers, Storm burgers and so on. The goal is to give a local feeling to all the customers."

Despite such a wide variety, Shrestha does have a list of the most popular burgers at his locations. 

"Popular items are the 206 burger, bacon blue burger, Hawaiian burger, 206 veggie burger, masala chicken burger, shakes and Parmesan garlic fries," he said. 

The 206 Burger Company's two restaurants are located at 1000 Madison Street and 101 Nickerson Street. Both locations offer delivery through Door Dash and Grub Hub. Both locations also offer orders to go.
