Pricing for the median home in Seattle increased during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Seattle rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 52.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 387 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $830,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 254 homes sold in Seattle in November 2020.
