Rising home prices in Seattle in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Seattle rose by $95,000 while total sales increased by 51.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 675 homes sold, with a median sale price of $920,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 446 homes sold in Seattle in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Seattle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,956, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
