Seattle Public Library issued the following announcement.

Summary: Does your small business or nonprofit need help navigating corporate law issues, such as incorporation or contracts? Registration for a specific session is required.

Description: Together with the UW School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and pro bono attorneys, we will be hosting a free legal consultation session in the area of corporate law to answer questions from small business owners and nonprofits. Come with questions and consult with a volunteer attorney, who will share legal information and advice specific to your situation.

If you have any questions related to corporate law please sign up for a 30-minute consult to have your questions answered.

What to expect

At the beginning of your 30-minute consult, please give us a brief introduction about your business along with specific questions you need answered. If you would like more resources, please see a list of resources curated by UW School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
