On Sunday, March 15, at 3 p.m., Torin Ege, a former Ingraham High School standout, helped lead the Whitman Blues to a 14-13 victory over the Puget Sound Loggers in their NCAA Division III baseball matchup.
The contest was held at Borleske Stadium and marked the fourth meeting this season between the two teams. Earlier on Sunday, March 15, the Blues had fallen 18-10 to the Loggers.
Ege pitched 0.1 innings, allowing one earned run and issuing one walk.
The Blues’ upcoming game is set for Saturday, March 21, at 12 p.m. at Huston Sports Complex, where they will face the Lewis & Clark Pioneers.
