Census Bureau: More men than women in Seattle in 2019

Of the 724,305 people living in Seattle in 2019, 49.4 percent (357,863) were women and 50.6 percent (366,442) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Seattle City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 270,584-to-254,864. In the 65 and over age range, there were 49,855 females and 40,085 males.
