Census Bureau: More men than women in King County in 2020

Of the 2,225,064 people living in King County in 2020, 49.8 percent (1,107,557) were women and 50.2 percent (1,117,507) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Seattle City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 33,524. In the 65 and over age range, there were 162,804 females and 130,418 males.
