Rep. Pramila Jayapal, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Washington's 7th district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. These posts reflect her engagement with social media platforms and her stance on political matters.

On November 18, 2024, Rep. Jayapal announced her presence on a new social media platform, inviting followers to join her there for discussions and interactions. She stated: "For those of you who might be looking for another space to congregate, organize, and discuss — I just joined the other site. Come give me a follow and say hi!"

Later that day, she addressed tax policy differences between political parties in the United States. In her tweet from November 18, 2024, she expressed concerns about potential extensions of what she termed the "Trump Tax Scam," emphasizing party distinctions: "Next year, when Republicans try to extend the Trump Tax Scam and give big handouts to their rich friends, the American people will see a strong contrast between the two parties. Republicans stand up for the wealthy. Democrats stand up for working families."

In another post on November 18, 2024, Rep. Jayapal criticized financial management within the Department of Defense following its audit results: "The Pentagon has now failed its SEVENTH AUDIT IN A ROW. This agency has been plagued by waste, fraud, and abuse for years — and until they can account for the money we’ve already given them, we must cut their bloated budget and invest it back into our communities."
