Event: 13th Annual Washington Water Code, Law, Policy and Planning

Please join Program Co-Chairs Daniel R. Haller, a Principal Water Resources Engineer with Aspect Consulting, and Jeffrey B. Kray, a partner with Marten Law PLLC, along with an outstanding faculty to discuss the law of water rights in the State of Washington.

This seminar is designed to provide information of vital interest to water right holders, regulators, developers, consultants, and water suppliers. The program includes a comprehensive introduction and review of water rights law, updates from regulators, as well as timely information on case law, water banking, rural development, hydrogeology, and innovative water solutions.

Our panel of experts will talk about the past, present, and future of key issues in water law, including relinquishment, adjudications, conservancy boards, water banking, and instream flows.
