Start-up company Strike Graph said it would launch an AI technology to automate security questionnaires for organizations.
The AI will have the ability to generate answers for an individual company's security questionnaires in line with the group's individual security procedures and routine habits, the Seattle company said in a release. It is anticipated that the new feature will allow sales departments to close deals with greater speed, thanks to the automation offered by the AI.
"The biggest complaint we hear from customers is answering security questionnaires," Justin Beals, CEO and co-founder of Strike Graph, said in the release. "Each questionnaire is different and takes precious time away from CTOs and technical talent to close deals. We built this new AI feature to solve that problem by amassing thousands of typical questions and testing our ability to answer questions against the Strike Graph data model."
Strike Graph started in October, the release said. It aims to help companies to pass cybersecurity audits. This process can generally be complicated and time-consuming for a company.
Strike Graph creates a personalized security report for every security questionnaire, also offering the answer and verification of a question to back up the answer that was given, the release said.
"Strike Graph was able to ingest our security questionnaire from a critical customer and return verified responses," Tod McDonald, CPA/CIRA and Founder at Valid8 Financial, said in the release. "Unlike other systems, our existing Strike Graph account had all the data necessary about our cybersecurity to answer the security questionnaire. Strike Graph's security report allowed us to gain customer trust and move our deal through the procurement pipeline without our team doing the leg work."
