The Bolt Creek Fire left burn scars on the landscape, and created a threat of flash floods and debris flows along US 2 in Northeast King County. On Tuesday, Dec. 13, King County Emergency Management and King County Local Services - Roads, Permitting, Community Service Areas installed new signs to alert residents and drivers.
